Emanuel Pavao Shipping and Returns Policy
As purchaser, you are responsible for all shipping costs relating to your order including associated taxes, duties, customs clearance and brokerage fees.
Your order will ship via the carrier and delivery service level selected during the checkout process. Rates are determined by carrier based on the destination and size/weight of the item(s) as shipped.
All charges including those for tracking numbers, insurance and signature required are subject to the pricing of the specific carrier or courier. Insurance is mandatory and available tracking numbers will be provided by email when your order is dispatched. Insurance will be subject to the rates, terms, conditions, coverages and liability limits issued or otherwise imposed by the carrier or any third party insurance provider. Depending on the terms of the applicable insurance and the retail value of your order, the entire amount of your purchase may not be covered. If additional insurance or other service delivery options are required, please contact me immediately after placing your order via the Contact Me button on my Foxsly profile page.
I will process your order promptly but please allow us 2-3 business days (5–7 business days on orders shipping outside of Canada) for careful preparation and packaging before your item is dispatched.
Shipping times will vary between carrier and delivery service level. Shipping times outside of Canada may take significantly longer depending on customs clearance in purchaser’s destination country.

You are solely responsible for inspection of the package on delivery to ensure it has arrived in good order or otherwise to note and document (including with high quality digital photos) any damage which may have occurred in transit. As merchant, I am not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged items but I will make reasonable efforts to assist with any claims to the carrier in those situations where insurance is in place.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and e-mail me immediately upon delivery (within 48 hours), including digital images of the damage. I will assist purchaser in making any claims to the carrier if insurance is in place.
If purchaser is dissatisfied with the product for any other reason, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will try to accommodate your request. Returns are not accepted 7 days beyond the delivery date. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges (including full insurance coverage) associated with returns.
