Q.  What is Foxsly?

A.  We are an online marketplace platform dedicated to showcasing some of the finest emerging and established Canadian artists, artisans and designers creating today! At Foxsly, we offer a special online space for you to find vibrant, timeless art and handcrafted works. Our focus is across several disciplines from original artwork and photographic prints to objets d’art, functional artisanal pieces, fine handcrafted jewellery and high quality, luxury style accessories.

 

Q.  Who are the Foxsly creatives?

A.  We take great pride in our curation process as we continue to grow our creative roster of merchants.  Foxsly has an application process and we aim to select only high calibre artists, artisans and designers who produce outstanding work and who take their craft (and business) seriously.

 

Q.  Are prices on Foxsly in Canadian currency?

A.  Yes, all prices shown on our site are in Canadian currency.

 

Q.  Who ships the product to me after I place an order?

A.  Foxsly does not hold or ship any products.  Each merchant maintains possession and control of their own products at all times. Accordingly, the merchant you purchase from prepares and ships your order according to the shipping information you provided during the checkout process.

 

Q.  How does the order process work?

A.  Each merchant has their own individual profile on Foxsly including biographical information, product listings, tax and shipping rates, as well as shipping/returns policies, all of which are specific to them. When you purchase an item you’ve found on Foxsly’s site, you are buying directly from the merchant who made it. After you complete the shipping and payment procedures and confirm and pay for your order, the merchant you purchased from will then prepare the order and take care of shipping your item(s) directly from their atelier or studio. You will receive an email order confirmation as well as any available tracking information once your package has been shipped.

 

Q.  How do I find a merchant’s STORE POLICIES dealing with things like shipping and returns?

A.  To locate a specific merchant’s store policies, go to any of their listings and under the red “Add to Cart” tab (on the right side of your screen) click on the italicized words Shipping & Returns.  Voila!  The merchant’s policies will pop up without you having to leave that screen!

 

Q.  When I select the “Pay by credit/debit card” option on the PayPal page during the checkout process, I am having trouble completing the transaction. I am being prompted to enter a password halfway down the page and I don’t know what that is for.  How do I simply complete the transaction?

 

A.  Simple!  After you enter your card information and related details, below the email address field that you’ve filled out you will see a blue box already checked indicating “Save this information with a PayPal account”. You can simply UNCHECK that box which will then remove those additional password fields and let you bypass that section altogether. You will then be able to click “Agree and Continue” in order to complete your transaction.

Q.  How do I apply a valid COUPON CODE or other Promotional Code in my shopping cart?

 

A.  To apply a valid coupon code relating to one of our Merchant’s promotions, just follow these easy steps. After you’ve added your items to your shopping cart and while on the Your Shopping Cart page, click on “Have a coupon code?” (you will find this under the Order sub-total). Type the Merchant’s coupon code into the box and the sub-total will automatically change according to the terms of the promotion!
