Robyn Drage Shipping and Returns Policy
I will process and package your order within 7-10 days, after payment is received, and I currently ship from Burnaby BC to Canada and the United States. Your order will ship via the carrier and delivery service level you choose during the checkout process. Rates are determined by the selected carrier based on the destination and size/weight of the item(s) shipped. Please note that in certain circumstances, a piece will require a two week window for framing prior to shipping. This situation will be clearly stated in the description for the piece.
Shipping costs, including associated taxes, duties and customs charges, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges will vary by carrier as well as by the size, weight and destination of the package. Shipping charges are applied at checkout and include tracking and insurance. I will email you the tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
If you live in the Vancouver area, you can pick up your new piece at no charge from my Burnaby location. Alternatively, I can also deliver a painting in the Vancouver area for a flat rate of $60. In either case, please select “Pick Up” at checkout and contact me after your order is confirmed to schedule a time. To reach me, click the Contact Me button on my Foxsly profile page.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and e-mail me immediately upon delivery (within 48 hours). Please note that you are solely responsible for inspection of the package on delivery to ensure it has arrived in good order or otherwise to note and document (including with high quality digital photos) any damage which may have occurred in transit. As the merchant, I am not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged items, but I will make reasonable efforts to assist with any claims to the carrier in those situations where insurance is in place.
If you are dissatisfied with the product for any other reason, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. While returns are not accepted, items can be exchanged for a different artwork of equal or greater value.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, customs and duty charges associated with the exchange, in addition to any difference in price of artwork. The new work will be shipped once the payment (shipping and price difference) has been received and the original artwork has been delivered to the artist in its original condition, preferably using the original packing material. Insurance for the purchase value of the work must be included in the shipping for the original/exchanged item.
If returned artwork is received in a condition other than new, a repair fee (minimum of 15% of the cost of the item) will be required before the new work can be shipped to the buyer.
Artwork may also be exchanged in person at the studio by appointment.
