Shipping times are estimated as 4 - 8 business days.
Shipping times will vary between carrier and delivery service level.
Tracking numbers will be provided so you know when to expect your delivery.
Shipping times outside of Canada may take significantly longer depending on customs clearance in customer’s destination country.
Tracking numbers will be provided where available. A signature will be required on delivery.
I will process your order promptly but please allow us 2-3 business days (5 – 7 business days on orders shipping outside of Canada) for
careful preparation and packaging before your item is dispatched.
If you prefer to (i) pick-up your purchase at my studio, (ii) make alternative shipping arrangements or (iii) have additional insurance placed on your shipment, please contact me immediately after your order is confirmed so those arrangements can be made before your item is shipped as noted above. You are solely responsible for inspection of the package on delivery to ensure it has arrived in good order or otherwise to note and document (including with high quality digital photos) any damage which may have occurred in transit. As merchant, I am not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
On all orders shipping to destinations outside Canada, as the customer you alone are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or import, customs clearance or brokerage fees.
